It is the time of year for Spring Cleaning and we are happy to help out. We can do a thorough Spring Cleaning for your home, condo, apartment, even your office.
Spring Cleaning is typically done once a year and this includes areas that you do not have the time to clean. This includes all the nooks and corners, bathroom walls and tiles, doors and windows, even your light fixtures. We do them top to bottom with our dedicated team of professional cleaners.
Our Spring Cleaning includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, home office, laundry room, porch and garage.

Kitchen:
- Get rid of outdated food and spices
- Sweep and mop under appliances
- Dust top of cabinets and refrigerator
- Scrub and reseal tile grout
- Clean insides of cupboards, drawers and pantry
- Scrub floors
- Wax/polish wooden cabinets and tables
- Clean out food-trap in dishwasher
- Polish metal hardware
- Defrost and clean freezer
- Vacuum refrigerator coils
Bedrooms:
- Wash curtains / blinds
- Vacuum under the bed
- Wash mattress pads, bed skirts, and bed covers
- Vacuum closets
- Wash pillows
- Wax/polish wood furniture
- Rotate and flip mattresses, if necessary
Bathroom:
- Wash shower curtains and liners
- Get rid of outdated medicine and products
- Clean inside of cupboards and drawers
- Wax/polish wooden cabinets
- Scrub and reseal tile grout
Living/Dining Room:
- Wash curtains/blinds
- Clean carpets
- Clean out fireplace

Laundry Room:

- Sweep and mop under washing machine, and dryer

- Change filters on heating/AC units
- Organize, clean and sweep the garage

Porch/Entryway:

- Scrub porch ceiling, floors and walls

Throughout the House:
- Organize closets, remove unwanted items (client approval)
- Clean walls and ceilings
- Dust light-fixtures and ceiling fans
- Clean window blinds
- Remove cobwebs
- Clean window-tracks and screens
- Touch up paint (client request – paints charge separately)
- Dust and polish decorations/pictures
- Wash baseboards, door frames and doors
- Clean vents
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets
- Replace batteries in smoke and CO detectors (client request – battery charge separately)
Outside the House:
- Clean outdoor light fixtures
- Clean windows
- Wash outside furniture
- Clean and organize garage
- Clean gutters
- Check sprinklers
- Wash garage floor
- Tighten loose screws, stain and reseal porch
- Replace broken bricks or stone (client request – brick charge separately)
- Touch up paint (client request – paint charge separately)
